Lol Jeremy!

On that note, if cordless drills are allowed, I'd like this to be my entry pic Andy.

Is this replacing your first entry, chingador? Only one entry can be used for voting in the bi-weekly Throwdowns, unlike the monthly special Throwdowns which often allow multiple entries.

I told Moose that I would give the flip method a try and so I did.

I included the tong double snap and a beverage drink before every flip.

I had to wait out a sideways rain storm but did so, got the Weber fired up and proceeded with the cook

The full cook is here:

I enjoyed the cook and it tasted awesome. I will do this again............................................. .................................................. ............................................... and again..........and again............................

Please use this picture for the entry

Default My Entry.

This is an entry in the "Steak Cookoff" throwdown. Here is the cookthread in Q-talk: https://www.bbq-brethren.com/forum/s...d.php?t=299309

I used the Just keep flipity flip flipping method. As you can see, it is cooked uniformly with very little if any grey area on the outside edges. And the flavor and texture were top notch.
