Competition teams are invited to camp Friday night for fellowship and hot dogs. Teams will be cooking chicken thighs or drumsticks, St. Louis pork ribs and pork butts. Turn in times for chicken 10:00 am, ribs 10:30 and pork butt 11:30. There will need to be at least 6 samples of chicken and ribs for judging. The pork butt will be a blind people’s choice vote. Cash prize plaques and other gifts awarded. The chicken and ribs will be graded on appearance, taste and tenderness. Also as it’s a family event if each team could make a few sides we can share with each other that’d be great. We will go over more details at the cooks meeting Friday May 21 at 7 pm. Thank you!
