1. Soups, Stews & Chili

2. Comfort Food(this would be an open category, more or less)

3. Whole Roasts(beef, pork, turkeys, chickens etc)

4. Gravies and Sauces

The finalist will be announced Friday, October 29th and the Throwdown begins on Monday, November 1st!!
