Direct replacement for stock chassis.
No additional components or modification to stock parts needed.
Maintains stock body mount locations.
Chassis construction: Twin Horizontal Plate. 1/8″ (3.25mm) lower pan,
3/32″ (2.5mm) upper pan G-10 black fiberglass.
Dramatically lowers your truck’s center of gravity without loosing
suspension or ground clearance under axels. Could rollovers
be a thing or the past? We think so.
Relocated servo: Chassis fully protects servo and linkage
with easy access for service if needed.
Can be used with 6,7 or 8 cell NiCd or NiMh flat packs, or 2 cell
hard case Lipos. (3S could possibly be used by adding spacers)
Battery position is adjustable for weight bias front or rear.
(an 8 cell pack would have no weight bias adjustment)
Access to stock ESC power switch without having to removing body.
Battery configuration for 6 cell or 2S Lipo rear weight bias.
Battery configuration for 6 cell /2S Lipo forward weight bias.

Flat bottom chassis glides over obstacles with out hanging up on braces or “kicking” rear up.
Curb weight is less than 1 ounce over stock setup and all of it is below the stock chassis floor height.
Mounting holes included for stock Traxxas XL5 , VXL-3c , Novak Super Duty or HV brushless ESCs
Others can be mounted with servo tape or Velcro.

I bought one of these chassis kits when they were first announced, and I haven’t regretted it once.
It solves the problem of the bell cranks ejecting with hard frontal impact and gets the main weight down a full battery height (and eliminates the pointless arched chassis that does nothing good for you on the track).
i have one of these chassis kits and man what a differance , if you are a basher you need this kit . easy to install and better than sliced bread , this is a must have .
