That is a nice piece. I like the adjustability of the steering links on the ackerman arm. Looks alot like the proline kit

Do you have a length of the Lunsford tie rods you used for you build? I'm going to switch mine over eventually to ball cups like you have yours setup. Very nice and even more free than the stock linkage setup.

Another question I was going to ask for after you run your truck is how you like the spring combo your trying. Which color spring did you use for the front out of the Proline springs? I see what your using in the rear so I might put my Prolines back on with this new spring combo to see how they feel overall. One last thing is what oils combo did you try with this setup. I'm really working overtime on my 2wd Slash for this upcoming fall and have been trying all kinds of combos from my own oil and spring setup to some other combos that other Slash racers are trying. I always have my LCG Slash SC for the season but I normally have another brand as well for a cushion which I might not do this year and do 100% LCG Slash. Really like the steering wrack setup you went with. Looks excellent along with the rest of your truck. Thanks Brian | |

Brian, Flip the adjustment ring on the Proline shocks, use the Traxxas upper spring seat along with the 22 lower spring cup. The 22 cup will compress and fit easier into the Losi springs. Right now we are at 2.5" Silver (3.4) rear and 2" Green (3.5) front. In at both tops, in at the front lower, and 3rd from out on the rear... we have a lot of big technical jumps ar our local track and need the droop.

Also if you don't want all the droop from the up front and have a ride height you are after with the Prolines try mounting the upper fronts in the OEM location on the shock tower with a spacer and longer bolt.

Would anyone know the diameter of the ESE shafts and threads? I just don't dig the white plastic and would go after some blacky's. Possible RPM SC10 ball cups if they would fit. Yeah picky picky...
