Just curious (sorry if it's been mentioned in one of the previous 20+ pages), what battery are you running in these races? C rating and Mah rating...

Thanks.

Still loving the chassis! Making A-Mains almost everytime on the indoor oval i run with stock electronics on 3s. Still cant beat the Losis with the castle systems on 3s, they still traction roll less no matter what i do and pull 3.5s laps and im right at 3.8s, hoping the proline protrack kit for the 4x4 will help when it comes out. Could care less though as outdoor is what im really into and cant wait.

Did have an interesting problem this weekend though in the a-main, my front bumper came completely off. The bolts that came with the kit are mostly stripped and when i put in some normal steel ones they torqued down better but still feel like they might strip the bulkhead. I never overtorqued them(at least i hope) and threadlocked them, if i do mess up the front plate could i get a replacement? Hope something i did isnt going to cost me lol

Still cant recommend this chassis enough and love all the compliments i get on it!

Cody, the traxxas bumber also bolts up on top of the diff case. Replacement parts are available. TRCE partner/engineer Matt uses an rpm bumper on his truck with no issues but i like the traxxas bumper much better.

Default slash vs. brick

The brick won:

There's nothing that would have helped prevent this. Of course I have to buy a new bulkhead and I see it's $35 but is it really $10 to ship? I know you can ship if for less. Is there a parts shipping discount, please? Also, are bulkheads shipping out or is there a wait?

It was near the end of the straight so the fastest possible speed I could go. A retaining brink apparently fell into the straight from an inside turn and I never saw it. My car just came to a complete stop. I was extremely disappointed. Making my purchase now, thanks!!!

Hi all, got the chassis, mounted everything up and headed to track for first outing, trying to get used to steering in first race and was all over the place, still took 3 sec/lap off my average, 2nd race, 6 sec quicker on my pb for 1 lap, 3rd race the powerstrokes let me down big time!! bad leak in front lhs and adjustment screw on rhs rear stripped, lol, chassis is amazing though! flies off jumps corners great, it is a huge improvment!, so now have a nice set of sc10 rear for the front shocks waiting to be fitted and need some advice, what pistons, springs and droop spacing do you guys use, i have tekno shafts and rpm arms using raul's set up, also had a few dramas setting up steering, can you tell me length from center of servo (stock mount) to ball, have taken lots of picks and wiil load up when i finish painting new body.
also have had LOTS of intrest over the chassis on first outing, you might get a few more orders soon from over here in west Australia soon !
Thanks
