Noisy body shell
I have noticed some rigs whisper around the track without any noise at all, whereas mine seems to rattle all over the place. Nothing is loose or anything. Is it my mounting or is there something you can buy like those foam pads etc.

Cracked bodies rattle with or without foam pads. You can use neoprene or
craft store foam between the body and mounts, as well as checking the spacing of your body pins if you use two per post.
I'm in the whisper club.

Re: Noisy body shell
Improper spacing on the body posts will rattle like mad and drive you insane when driving too. I use for now just the traxxas spacers. This made the shell very quiet but there's still a little rattle so I'm gonna add some foam rings to the plastic rings an that should cure the rest of the rattle.
When your body is loose you wear out the body posts faster, they break easier, and the holes tend to wear out.
