Default SCB Stearing

Hey guys, I have been having some problems with my steering on my SCB. To be precise the sloppiness in the bell cranks and linkage, does anyone know of a way to tighten that all up so its more precise and does not wiggle all over the place?

Thanks in advance for any advice.

Tighten the servo saver, get bearings to replace the bushings, and possibly shims.

To be honest, most steering issues in RTRs can be tied to the weak and sloppy stock steering servos that come in most kits. Upgrade to a better servo and most of your steering woes should go away.
Other than that, you want "some" sloppiness in the steering. Tight steering ends up binding up the frontend and will keep the suspension from working as it should and result in some sticking in the steering.
Otherwise, unless your buggy is old and worn out which tells me it needs some freshening up, there is a bearing kit you can get for the bellcranks that tightens things up a little.

Ok I guess I should have added that I did put good servo in there and I am running the TLR hop-up kit but seem to have bad slop in the steering. It wiggles every way you shake it. I have been thinking about going to the aluminum steering cranks and replacing the front wheel bearings. Do you think the aluminum bell cranks would make a difference?
As for the cars age I have only run it at the track one time.

Well I didn't even drive my buggy without the exotek brace and tlr ball bearings and I have to say I have zero slop. Works great!
