I got the pic from HPI Facebook page, but you can see it on RedRC as well.

I pretty sure it is going to be 1/8th scale.

There was a pic of a Super 5SC on RedRC's page as well

1/5 brakes to much. I had the baja 5sc and every time I toolkit out it broke. The only way not to brake so often is to upgrade pretty much all stock parts. Thats why I giving the apache a chance.

Where do you guys find this stuff? I looked on RedRC and couldn't find anything.

C1 looks nice with that motor. Hope it gets released about the same time as the electric cuz I don't wanna wait forever, ya know.

Yeah, the Apache series and the Savage is what got me interested with that engine.

I just really wish they would publish some real numbers from that engine, or at least a video.

Hehe...... I haven't been watching all the different threads here and other forums, but I can't believe I'm the only one who feel there's some real strong reason why there hasn't been anything more then a static model.... I just kinda feel it's gonna be a dog. Bit of torque, sure, but it won't be the ripper like a nitro will.

The only remotely thing close to a number I've seen, was on SquidRC, they said HPI said power would be equalivent to their .28 Nitro engine. Which is pretty far from a serious nitro motor anyway.

It'll be closer to 15cc, everything on it is prototype so the case isn't finalised. Power is expected to be close to the 4.6 in the Savage!

We don't have video of it running (yet), we'll get some as we get closer to a production sample.
